A man sitting down on a running track holding his injured knee.

Day to day activities can be straining or putting unnecessary pressure on your body’s joints and Muscles. Whether you are completely mobile or need help getting there you never want to put unnecessary stress on your body. You may think you don’t need to worry about it, but with poor movement patterns your body will feel it down the road.  The best way to avoid this is to become habitual with the way you move.

Now as yourself this, what do your daily movements look like? Do you have daily house chores such as mopping, sweeping, or folding laundry? Or outdoor activities including cutting the grass, shoveling the snow or gardening. Maybe your job requires heavy lifting or even hunched over a desk. Most people don’t realise that these daily activities include words you might hear at a gym or working out. Things like squatting, rows, bench press, deadlifting, hip thrust, and lunging.

Now that you’ve realised that you actually do alot of complex movements while doing your daily activities. Let me ask you this: Has anyone ever taught you how to do these movements safely and efficiently? If your answer was no, let us teach you. Our team is here to teach you how to do those moments properly.

We want to give you the skills to take home and be able to safely do your daily activities. You want to be able to get to the end of your day and not have strenuous back pain. Our bodies are built to take on much more than you think. We just have to train ourselves to use our bodies how they are meant to move.
